With property holdings across the U.S., PMB Ventures concentrates on acquiring core plus and value add retail, industrial, hotel and mixed-use properties for long-term ownership. Properties are managed by Rubicon Real Estate, LLC, an affiliate entity of PMB Ventures.
MEDIA
PMB Ventures invests in a spectrum of media companies as well as individual entertainment projects across genres. Burn Later Productions, an affiliate company of PMB Ventures, has produced twenty-five films since the company was founded in 2012. The company’s film “Best Kept Secret,” about a program for special needs students at JFK High School in Newark, NJ, won a Peabody Award in 2013. The company is in development on “The Untitled Heidi Fleiss project” with MAX and “Escrow” with NBC Universal.
